Too Faced vs Urban Decay

It seems like lately these two brands are going head to head. First it was their mascara, I have tried Peversion (Urban Decay) which I love, I have yet to try Better than Sex (Too Faced) and now they are coming out with their limited edition palettes. Which is the better of the two? I love the Naked palettes hands down, but Too Faced has beautiful packaging, they both have good quality and cruelty free, but I am a sucker for packaging. I think it comes down to products itself. Everyone has their own preference like for example: Too Faced has the best matte, delicious smelling bronzer that everyone raves about, Urban Decays eye pencils are super smooth, Urban Decay has their face mist, Too Faced has the infamous Chocolate Bar palette. I think for me it's not brand preference because both brands each have their own products that neither have alike.
