Real Techniques vs. Beauty Blender

There has been so many makeup blenders, I have tried a good amount of them, Sonia Kashuk, SoHo, Studio One, Real Techniques and Beauty Blender. I have narrowed it down to Beauty Blender and the Real Techniques one.

Real Techniques when wet gets as big as the Beauty Blender, it has a flat edge to contour around eyes and nose. It is nice and really soft, pores are as big as the Beauty Blender.

Beauty Blender has a 360 degree surface for creating absolute complexion perfection. They have several kinds of the Beauty Blenders. Original Beauty Blender-pink the original one.  Beauty Blender Pro-especially made for professionals, I own and love it! BeautyBlender Pure is made for sensitive skin and skincare application.

If you are looking for an alternative for the Beauty Blender go with Real Techniques. I have tried other brands and they don't do what I aim for. They are too hard even when wet, but this one is nice and soft, it applies the same as the Beauty Blender, I'm still on the fence with the flat edge but that is not a deal breaker.

Real Techniques $5.99 at Wal-Greens
Beauty Blender $19.95
