Wet N Wild Highlighting Powder REVIEW

I love highlights stick, cream and powders, anything to give me that JLO glow! When i was at Wal-greens getting mill (we know how that goes) I stopped by the makeup aisle to see what is new, and lately ive been on a runt with makeup, Ive been more into skincare lately, and when I seen these I'm like hello.
They had 2 shades of the highlighting powders. I picked up one but the other one was better suited for my deeper skinned ladies, and for the multipurpose stick I think they had another shade I cant be sure.
Anyway I have to include that Wet N Wild has been really improving their brand and I am so happy for them! They revamped their basic packaging to nice sleek packaging, they reformulated some of their powders, they came out with some contour palettes, they have some highlights, they have pretty makeup brushes which I cant ever find because they're always sold out! So a round of applause for them!

This is going to be a small review because what Im going ot tell you, you must do, Leave, Get into your car and get these, Both of them. The powder is not that chunky glitter that no one likes, its finely milled. It is gorgeous!
I cant tell what the design is on the powder but its still cute. I swear this is probably my new fave highlight I know that sounds extreme but I don't lie. I think its in my top two after Oh, Darling and Watt's Up. The packaging isn't too bad either. Just a simple thin packaging.
The multipurpose stick is also amazing, super comparable to Benefit's Watt's up formula, they aren't the same shade but this is still pretty regardless. You can use this to highlight anywhere.
Each of these were $3.99 I kid you not. I hope this reviews helps, if you have any question, or you need me to swatch some other highlights to compare let me know!

Wet n Wild Dual Ended Contour Stick REVIEW

While grocery shopping at Wal-Mart i stopped at the beauty aisle (as usual) and spotted some new finds at the Wet n Wild section.

As soon as i seen the Dual Ended Contour stick I thought it looked awfully similar to the NYX one, and for under $5 I had to take it home and test out out! I got the shade Light/Medium

My first impression was the packaging was bulky. Another thing was that the highlight side was not yellow toned like the box led to believe so that was a tad disappointing.

So yesterday I had the chance to try it out and here are my thoughts:

While applying this, the first layer seemed a bit dry but with the warmth of my face it seemed to become creamy.

I also used a BB and a kabuki brush to test which one was a better use and the BB won. The dampness of the BB helped blend away better whereas the brush was hard to blend with.

The contour had a hint of warm undertone and it felt as if it was a bronzer; not a contour. It wasn't too bad in my non expert opinion.

The highlight part wasn't too bad either since it was almost white. I had set it with a yellow toned powder and to my suppose I didn't crease as much as I normally do.

Overall this product wasn't too bad especially for the $4 something i spent on it, I wouldn't know it its a dupe for the NYX one since I didn't purchase it.

I have this product a sold 7. The concept is there and the product was pretty good, the packaging is too bulky though. I think this if you're interested in it, then go for it. It is super affordable and worked well but I can say that I wont be purchasing it since I have no need for it.

Also I spotted palettes from their line which I thought were super cute, but I didn't purchase and those were around $5 something

Wet N Wild Mini Haul

I seen that my local Wal-Greens had buy one get the other 50% off so I browsed around and found 2 new products, one was a brow wax, and the next was an eye marker. and I aslo picked a sharpener since I needed one.

Now let me tell you, I love that Wet n Wild has been stepping up their game especially the Fergie line. They've come out with brushes, make-up wipes, eyebrow pencils, even a contour palette. When I seen that they had an eyebrow wax, I was over the moon, I have been looking for an affordable one for a good while now, and this was $1.49, very cheap,

Now the eyebrow was smells like wax, straight up, if you smell it, you can tell, but once you apply it to your brows and it tames your hairs. I snagged a back-up as well, you know, incase I love it. It goes on clear does a nice dandy job. Ive had it on for maybe in an hour, still holding up.
Now for the epic failure: The Marker Pen. This is also new and it was around $4, this is going back, either I got a bad batch or this is how it applies. It's a felt tip pen, very stiff, not flexible either because it was dry or something, this was a Fail.

What's New for Wet n' Wild?

While I was at Wal-Greens out buying milk, that store is so close to me I swear, I seen quite a bit of things, starting with their new brow pencil they have out, which i picked up from Wal-Mart except here they had a display, cute btw, and the brow pencils came with stencils which is neat for some people who have trouble shaping their brows and they have 4 different shades, whereas Wal-Mart they had only 3.

They also had a St. Patricks themed display with nail polishes and shadow trio, I think the mascara is also new, i'm not sure, I've never seen it and they had their .99 cents pencils.
Silver Lake Color Icon eyeshadow plaettes have fun spring colors, California Roll is probably one I will be purchasing, that but I am seriously not going to because I have no room for it! The second row right shade reminds me of creme brulee from MUG, maybe dupe?

Carmel Toffee Color Icon Contouring Palette Wet n Wild Swatches

I had to give this product a fair trial, wore it tested it, took selfies, etc. This is not comparable to the ABH or KVD palettes whatsoever. I'm not sure what color to describe it as, it's not ashy and it's not orange, so that would mean perfect? The price was for about $4, very affordable and it comes with a highlight, this is slim it can easily fit into an acrylic drawer with no hassle.

This color is nice for someone that is light/medium. I do not recommend this for someone Fair or Deep skinned being if you are fair it will look super ashy and if you are deep skinned it will not show.

As far as the highlight shade it is identical to KVD as far as the color goes, KVD Lucid is more of a buttery smooth texture, but still the same color, I don't really use this shade, I like more of a yellow toned highlight.

Overall this is a nice decent contour and highlight palette, they had another color Dulce De Leche but it wasn't available to me, and remember these are only exclusive at Wal-Mart, you will not find them at any other drugstore. I hope this review was a bit helpful!

Wet n Wild Contouring Palette

Spotted at Wal-Mart, it's a powder contour, for around $4. It's amazing how affordable brands are joining the bandwagon when it comes to the new trends. I have yet to find and purchase this to do further swatches and reviews, I hope this is promising though!

Wet n Wild new lippies?

Can I ever have enough of these? I mean for $1.99 they are nice and matte, nice quality. They have a nice range, and I do have all the collection, but when I walked in to Wal-Greens these babies were out on display, of course they always have good deals on make-up and they gave me a coupon $1 for each lippie, they were just about free1 Yipee! I love the colors, they are super different from all the other lippies that they have out, and the Rose to Fame is the Kylie Jenner look and it is affordable. The staying power is amazing, I have yet to try them all out!! Pink Suga is definitely a different color for me, I am eager to try them out, and of course when I do I will have pictures up! I do highly recommend you try these out, you really don't lose if you do. They are matte, well the top one has a shine to it, they also don't really budge which is great! And as always, I hope you enjoy my reviews!
