Primer/ Corrector - Almay - Smart Shade CC Luminous Primer

I bought this yesterday while I was at Wal-Mart and I was so disappointed. I seen the reviews and the hypes and everyone loved it. It claims to brighten your face, make it glowy and hydrated. That was something I was looking for in a primer, It did the exact opposite. It made it dull and it was not hydrating. I will not be using it at all. The price was around $10, and I have tried better primers.
