Too Faced Born this Way Foundaiton REVIEW

This is so old news, but I forgot to mention it! Anyways this is a foundation I have been testing out and actually loving for months. This foundation I hear, you either love it or hate it. 

This for me is actually medium coverage. This doesn't have a good range of shades to pick from like my Estee Double Wear foundation. This seems more pink toned than the picture actually leads.

I have applied this with a BB and it sheers for a definite medium coverage. I have used this with a buffing brush and its more of a medium to almost full coverage foundation. 

This is more of a demi matte foundation, It sorta seems and looks matte but yet demi at the same time which is nice, it's what  I like about it. I sometimes cant seem to decide for either so this is great. I have normal skin so I can actually get away with either, with the correct primer of course. 

I got the shade Warm Nude which is a tad darker than what I really like but it seems to do just fine. It is very warm toned which I really don't like because I like yellow toned foundation, not orange. 

This has an absolute wear of 6 good hours without primer or setting with powder which is actually pretty impressive. I have used this with the Too Faced Hangover primer which doesn't work too well for me because I got oily really quick. 

The glass is absolutely beautiful, frosted glass and a pump. A+ right there. Has no weird scent, oil-free and has its infused with coconut water. If you don't know I love anything coconut. 

I do recommend this for normal to dry skinned and I suggest going to Ulta or Sephora to choose your correct shade. Do I love this foundation? Yes, I do. It is very comfortable wearing, I don't get cakey, not too thick it's just right. If you go to the Too Faced website you actually sign up for their email and get 20% off and that would be a great time to get it.

Natural Matte Palette by Too Faced

I'm I got this palette during the Memorial Day sale they had. I wanted this palette just didn't want to comit in purchasing it in regular price. Yes. I'm a cheap skate lol. (Sometimes I am) I posted this picture on IG and yes it's has a filter fyi. Since I got this palette is all I've been using. Rosy warm neutrals is my thing currently. This is an everyday use palette you really can create an everyday look with this. This is so pigmented and easily blendable. Too Faced actually has amazing eyeshadow palettes and I highly recommend them, as well as this palette. They also sent a sample of their new foundation which I loved.

Little Black Book of Bronzer -Mini! Too Faced

Apparently this will be a mini! How exciting! It look so cute, does anyone remember when they had the bigger version of this, and how pricey it was?! Now it will be available as a mini! Look out for it soon! 

Too Faced Fall 2015

I was hoping for something that screams Too Faced, maybe this does, and the lighting isn't making it happen, but this somehow doesn't draw my attention especially since they came out with their chocolate palettes, that is hard to compete with. I'm sure with some swatches it might swoon me away! Release date TBD

Chocolate Bars

Here is a side by side comparison of the two chocolate bars by Too Faced. Look how gorgeous they are, not I own both and let me tell you, I don't know which one I adore more, heck, I have room in my heart for both, no joke. The Semi-Sweet has a lot of brows, nice transition shades, and yes it has the beautiful blue which stands out, and it is nicely pigmented. The purple shade from the first palette isn't very pigmented so when I seen the blue I thought it was going to be the same, well done Too Faced. Do I recommend you getting this palette, of course I do. Why? First and foremost you can't have enough browns/neutrals, smells like chocolate, nicely pigmented, and yes its from Too Faced. 

Is It Better Than Sex? Too Faced.

The famous lashes that everyone raves about. Better Than Sex mascara by Too Faced. My thoughts on this is that I love it. It makes my lashes voluminous almost as if maybe i had applied individual false lashes in the sparse areas. The packaging  is a pretty metallic pink, the tube is pretty very luxurious, and yes I go this half off on Black Friday so this was a steal! I do recommend this mascara, it isn't clumpy, it applies on the lashes easily and hey the packaging is gorgeous. A budget friendly alternative would be L'OREAL Voluminous although that mascara can be clumpy whereas this one is not.  Before and after pictures. Once coat. Ta-Da!

Melted Nude by Too Faced!

  Can we talk about how cute the packaging? Everywhere on the social media apps everyone always mentions that this is their favorite gloss. The felt tip applicator was really nice and applying it was smooth, I appreciate the fact that a little comes out instead of a lot. That is a big plus! The color is beautiful, it isn't a ghostly nude, it's more of a warm nude, wearable kind of nude. It isn't scented which is a huge plus for me, I am not a big fan of scented make-up, the smell lingers, but with this product, that will not be a problem! They don't have that sticky feeling to them and the color selection is eye catching they have the usual favorites from purples to coral and nudes.They are nice and creamy, good color pay-off as you can tell from the pictures above! I have fair/medium skin and this color looks gorgeous on my lips! I will plan to get Melted Fig, Melted Marshmallow and Melted Peony! I do recommend this, even for the price! Oh and thank-you for the handwritten note! Highly appreciated! :)
