Milani Conceal + Perfect Foundation REVIEW

I was very skeptical doing this review because I hate doing reviews on products that didn't work for me but I have to report my duty in letting you know how I feel about this. 

First and foremost the shade selection was the worst. I normally get like the 3rd shade in other foundation lines because I ain't that fair. I'm a light medium. So I naturally went with 02 Natural. It looked orange to me and on me. 

I appreciate the pump. Also This is meant for oily skinned gals. I'm normal skin and this clung to things I didn't know I had. It looked super cakey on my face. I tried many methods of applying this and used different primers and none seemed to satisfy me,

This is a good medium coverage and possible a full coverage foundation. I should have mixed some Argan oil with this, but I shouldn't have to do that. This was a fail for me. I didn't take a photo of my own bottle because I was disappointed in it,

But below are my swatches. Look how orange it is. I think nothing compares to my Too Faced Born This Way foundation and there are some people they claim that these are dupes for each other no they are not the Milani one is very thick whereas a Too Faced is a little bit more liquidy.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer REVIEW

Its has been a very long joinery with the eyebrows and they went from literally nothing to almost as bushy! which is good and I cant complain, its just that i'm waiting for them to grow out to shape them to mu liking, 

So i am a brow junkie anything brow related i love, so with that being said I am somewhat knowledgable when it comes to brows.

I was super excited to try this because of the triangular shape. I can tell you that this is meant more to obviously define the brows that you have, this isn't meant for super sparse brows since it will drawn on because of the thickness of it. 

I find that it was tricky to use as well you need to get the hang of  it. It is very unique as it has a thin side, more of a thicker side and a flat side to basically shade your brows. 

This can also get very dll and a way to get it sharp you will have to run it back and forth on a piece of paper hello what a waste of product. 

Although this can work for more defined brows this is a pass for me. It was $23 and same consistency as the original Brow Wiz but I have to say this is a waste of money. Don't do it. 

I find that I ALWAYS go back to my NYX Micro Brow because of the formula, its perfect for me, it doesn't budge as easy and the ABH and its so nice to use. 

This was a quick review because I didn't' like it. I thought I was going to like it because of the unique concept and I have seen other instafamous people still use this and their Brow Wiz, although this should do the job itself. I was fair and gave this a chance and now it will sit and will use it when I run out of brow products lol!

Koko K Kylie Lip Kit REVIEW

I was so excited to have been able to get this that I know regret. This is by far the worst formula I have tried. 

Apparently this is a new formula it dries really quickly that it start to flake and crumble off. 

The shade on me looks like a pinky-nude with a hint of coral so it didn't look too flattering on me so that was already a fail.

This is very easy to apply the applicator seems like a standard one nothing out of the usual. 

The scent is like vanilla root bear smells devine and doesn't linger. 

This dries down super quick which is nice but how it looks on the lips is horrible. 

It is also light weight I can't tell I have it on!

(Side note: most liquid lipsticks work well on my lips with a nice thin layer of lil balm. I am not the only one who feels the same way about this formula.)

I will try Candy K once I get my hands on it hoping it's the original formula because this is the worst formula I have tried. Even some of the ColorPop ones are better. 

 I was going to do a lip swatch review but it looked horrible so you won't be getting one! Lol

I hate doing bad reviews but it has to be done. 

L'OREAL Pro Matte Gloss REVIEW

I love liquid lipsticks, and Loreal is a good brand especially their Pro-Matte line. I got the shade 316 Statement Nude.

Beautiful dusty rose shade reminded me of Lolita from KVD. First impression was the horrendous scent it had, just like their lipsticks, same scent. 

It also has a unique applicator. Not bendy its stiff easy to use. The formula is great, very creamy, very pigmented, everything is there,

The only thing is that this isn' a liquid lipstick. I knew it wasn't, but still needed to try it out. It is just a gloss that doesn't have that glossy look. It is also a thick gloss, not really goopy just thick.

This was about $9.99 and the scent is really strong that it will be going back. This was my fault I should have know it came with a scent. It smells like perfume and I found that it lingers. If scent doesn't bother you and you like gloss you should try these. These are okay, nothing different about them. I would rather stick with ColourPop Lippie Stix because they are affordable, not scented and lot of shades to pick from! 

It is pricey for a gloss. I don't recommend t hese, the shades were all in the pink shades, no nudes. 

Vanilla Coconut Lavanilla Deodorant

I like to tend to reach for more natural products. So I was recommended this, and I was already having problems with my last deodorant I figured it was maybe because of the harsh chemicals, or maybe my underarms didn't like it lol whatever the case maybe I wanted something new.

So as I'm going to say, this has coconut scent so that's why I picked this scent out. As soon as I opened it, I was merely disappointed. It has no coconut or vanilla scent. More like a sweet unknown scent, like chemicals. Weird.

So I started to use them and Ive had no problems with it so far. The weird scent doesn't linger. As soon as you apply it it melts into you skin and doesn't leave the heavy deodorant feel to it.

This is $14 and for me I have no problem spending more on skincare or healthier alternatives.

The scent is what threw me off, I probably will not be repurchasing this. Only because I'm sure there is a cheaper alternative and maybe something that is natural like this.

I am aware that they were trying to be natural with no harsh chemicals as perfume maybe one of them, but this doesn't even smell like vanilla. I will be using it up since its natural and probably healthy but I wouldn't recommend this deodorant.

I feel after so many hours my underarms feel really dry and lack moisture while using this product. I showered last night and woke up at 4 am to pack my husband's lunch that I even had to reapply it. I feel like my Dove deodorant does a better job. 

                

Charlotte Tilbury Gold Bar REVIEW

I am a sucker for highlight and packaging, thank +Shelby Lynne for that. When I first seen this on TrendMood1 I knew I had to have it. 

So i bought it off Nordstrom, bad experience, won't be buying from there again.

I was so excited to get this after a couple of weeks of ordering this. So stocked.Super disappointed that it didn't come in a box. How weird is that. Also, the packaging is cardboard. Don't let the looks fool you people. This is a bucket full of disappointment.

The inside does make up for the packaging, it is beautifully engraved and it does look like a gold bar. It is really tiny which is a bad thing, it's not like I have ever finished a highlight in my entire life but for whats its worth ($42) I would have to pass.

I tried to photograph a swatch, but since its hard to take a picture of any highlight swatch I didn't include one. I haven't got a good angle of the highlight but it is a pretty highlight. I still do prefer my Becca Champagne Pop over this one. 

So yes, as pretty as this may look, it isn't worth the money. I mean look how small it is. The packaging is cardboard, What comes down when reviews a product is of course the product itself but as well as packaging especially for highlights, and this doesn't cut it for me. 

Angel Veil by NYX Cosmetics

Ulta had a 40% off NYX products so I got a bunch of NYX products including this. It was a disappointment.!it claims to be a skin perfecting primer. 

When you first squeeze it out it kinda comes out separated so do anfew shakes. It has the weirdest powdery dry texture to it. I was beyond disappointed. It really didn't do no difference to my face. I did give it a fair chance and applied it couple days. I just couldn't get over the feel of it. It was just doomed from the start. It is a pretty package though. I was hoping to love it. It just shows how sometimes some products can be over hyped.

                               

KVD 5 Year Anniversary Tattoo Liner

Sorry beauties it's been awhile that I've posted!!! Had so much to do! Anyways I'm here and back with a review!

How amazing is it when makeup brands give back? Like to help animals? Beyond crazy in a good way! So I got mine from Sehora, retails for $24, it is LE and once it's gone, it's gone. So I had to get this. Look at that packaging!!!

My thoughts. I first tried this as a sample and immediately I was in love. I am more a felt tip kind of woman so this was beyond for me. So once I ran out I decided to purchase this and it was perfect timing. 

The packaging was exquisite. The packaging was beautifully put together. I give it a 10/10. No doubt. 

The liner itself was pure disappointment. It was watery. I had to literally build up the color. This was nothing like the sample. So I thought maybe I didn't give it a good try. So next day I tried it and I had a shimmery eye look and it was a fail. I literally had to use my NYC liquid liner to get it to be black. This was an honest disappointment. It is too streaky and watery. You could literally see my eyeshadow through the liner. 

I won't recommend this to anyone and if I do it's for the animals and packaging bit as far as product goes this is a NO for me. P.s I am a good applied at liquid liner so my review is as legit as it gets. :)
